Enrichment Funding

Isirahenda3

Twelve Notre Dame Scholars' Program merit scholarship awards offer enrichment funding or experiences in addition to the funding they provide toward students' cost of attendance. Enrichment awards vary by scholarship, as outlined below. Some permit general usage of funds, while others require a progression of funded experiences. Still others provide for scholars to participate in a week-long Outward Bound Wilderness Leadership Experience.

During the 2017-2018 academic year, 107 students received approval for a variety of academic year and summer enrichment experiences. These opportunities included funding for travel and living expenses incurred during unpaid service and volunteer opportunities, independent research projects, and other scholarly endeavors.
